The schematic is legible. It would be great to have a copy of the manual with the alignments, etc.

It is interesting to note that the transmitter uses only a few types and many of them are 7C5's. The 7C5 is designed as an audio power amplifier and is essentially a 6V6, so I was surprised to see it working as a 75 MHz power amp. The B+ for the RF PA, RF oscillator, and audio oscillators is regulated at 300VDC. the B+ for the class A modulator and RF driver is not. The monitoring of the transmitter is done by a RF pickup coil and a detector-amplifier that feeds the headphone jack.
