Felix and Freddie

Sweet little Felix and Freddie are two adorable, little old ladies who grew up together. When their elderly humans who were also good friends of Mom and Dad, had to go to a nursing home, Mom rescued these two kitties and they have been here since. They have always been the pets of mature adults.
Their only wish is to have a peaceful place and to be loved and petted. Despite their ages of 13 and 16, respectively, they have no real health problems, and have been to the veterinarian for checkups in 2016. Both of them are exceptionally gentle and mellow, would complement a quiet home, and enjoy some time in a sunny window.

Felix: "My friend Freddie and I are the two eldest of the family, and therefore the most dignified. But we are retired.. and our duties are more as figureheads. I like a good petting, having my fur brushed, and Freddie's company. I don't ask for much, just something to eat each day, cool, fresh water, and a kind hand."

Freddie: "I can't get enough of the kind, petting hand. Every time one of the humans comes to my room I get right up and walk to the edge of that old bed for petting. I stay mostly on the bed and a large box next to it where the sun shines in, as my arthritis gives me trouble sometimes. All that chasing around stuff is for the young wildcats. Just because I'm old doesn't mean the fire's gone out of the furnace. If a kind and gentle person would give me and my friend Felix a quiet and loving home, and we will return your affection many times over.
