Replacing the exhaist manifold gasket

Some pictures showing the engine while the exhaust manifold gasket was being replaced. This was done at Memphis Equipment where the specialty is military trucks.

There is a small oil leak at the head gasket but nothing to worry about. A little oil leak goes a long way where messes are concerned.

Notice the rearmost exhaust port - that is where the leak was. The manifold gasket was burned through there.
